Malik founded BXR Construction Management with a mission to provide underserved owners — faith communities, non-profits, charter schools, and small businesses — with the same caliber of professional construction advocacy that large institutional owners demand. With over 20 years of experience and multi-million-dollar projects managed, he brings unmatched regional expertise and a personal commitment to every client.
Our program management leadership brings specialized expertise across commercial office, institutional, faith-based, and educational construction. Each member is deeply familiar with the regulatory environment, permitting processes, and contractor landscape unique to DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
